In this paper, the effects of casting temperature, mold temperature, inoculant and section size on the microstructure and properties of K24 nickel base superalloy were studied. Samples with different cross-sectional dimensions and shapes were cast using different process parameters. The grain size, dendrite size, morphology and area percentage of carbides and γ / γ’eutectic phases were observed. The durability at 750 and 975 ℃ and the temperature at 900 ℃ Fatigue performance. The experimental results show that the microstructure of the φ5mm rod specimen and the 2 × 10mm plate specimen cast by the same casting conditions are very different, and the variation of the microstructure causes the difference in properties. The optimal casting process of the thin-wall hollow blade and the plate- The best technology is consistent.
