F_1杂交种子在无菌条件下萌发率在97%以上。子叶、叶和下胚轴的离体培养,只形成愈伤组织和不定根,没有观察到不定芽的形成;子叶节的离体培养,6—BA的效果好,较适宜的培养基为MS+NAA0.2mg/l+6-BA0.5mg/1。植株再生是腋芽发生,在1/2MS+IAA0.2~0.5mg/1培养基上生根并长成完整植株。
F_1 hybrid seed germination rate of more than 97% under aseptic conditions. Cotyledons, leaves and hypocotyls were cultured in vitro, forming only callus and adventitious roots, and no adventitious buds were observed. In vitro culture of cotyledonary node was better with 6-BA, and the more suitable culture medium was MS + NAA 0.2 mg / l + 6-BA 0.5 mg / 1. Plant regeneration is axillary bud generation, rooting at 1 / 2MS + IAA0.2 ~ 0.5mg / 1 medium and growing into an intact plant.
