烟碱是影响烤烟烟叶质量的重要指标,其含量的高低影响烟叶制品的吸食质量与安全性。烤烟烟叶(尤其是上部叶)中烟碱含量过高已经成为提高其在工业上可用性的关键限制性因素,因此,烟碱是国内外烟草学者研究烟草的重要研究对象。目前,影响烟碱合成与代谢的因素主要可分为内因(遗传因素)和外因(农艺栽培措施和气候环境等)。文章结合实例综述了这些影响烤烟烟碱的因素并分析了其机理,为优质烟叶生产提供一定理论依据与参考。
Nicotine is an important index that affects the quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves. The content of nicotine affects the smoking quality and safety of tobacco products. Nicotine content in flue-cured tobacco leaves, especially in the upper leaves, has become a key limiting factor in improving its industrial availability. Therefore, nicotine is an important research object of tobacco research by domestic and foreign tobacco researchers. At present, the factors affecting nicotine synthesis and metabolism can be divided into internal factors (genetic factors) and external factors (agronomic cultivation measures and climate, etc.). The article summarizes the factors that affect the nicotine of flue-cured tobacco and analyzes its mechanism, providing some theoretical basis and references for the production of high-quality tobacco.
