目的 鉴定 ２３个型的肺炎球菌荚膜多糖并研究其特性。方法 按１９９７年版欧洲药典，对未作规 定的鉴定项目作了全面鉴定。结果９Ｖ和２０型的Ｏ－乙酰基含量，１１Ａ、１８Ｃ、２０和２３Ｆ型的糖醛酸含量以及７Ｆ型 的氨基己糖含量均较高，其他型及甲基戊糖含量则较低或未检出。用高压液相分子筛色谱检测各型多糖平均相对 分子质量显示出Ｋｄ值均较低。结论 对肺炎球菌荚膜多糖的特性进行了全面分析，并取得了完整的资料。
Objective To identify 23 pneumococcal capsular polysaccharides and study their properties. Methods According to the 1997 edition of the European Pharmacopoeia, unqualified appraisal items were fully appraised. Results O-acetyl content of 9V and 20 type, uronic acid content of 11A, 18C, 20 and 23F type and hexose hexose content of 7F type were higher, and other types and methyl pentose content were lower or not Check out. The average molecular weight of each type of polysaccharide detected by high pressure liquid chromatography showed Kd values were low. Conclusion The characteristics of pneumococcal capsular polysaccharide were comprehensively analyzed and the complete data were obtained.
