本文以反相色谱中的溶质计量置换保留模型研究了流动相中盐浓度对溶质保留行为的影响,指出这种影响是由于盐的加入降低了水在流动相中的摩尔分数。实验证明了这一理论模型所预计的结果,即logk’与水的摩尔分数倒数的对数—log(1/[D_0]_水)有线性关系;同时与疏水溶剂化理论有关的“盐的浓度与logk’间的线性关系是由于前者与溶液中表面张力间的线性关系所致”的论点做了比较,证实后者的提法是欠妥的。
In this paper, the effect of salt concentration in the mobile phase on the retention behavior of solutes was investigated by the retention model of solute mass displacement in reversed-phase chromatography. It was pointed out that this effect was due to the decrease of the molar fraction of water in the mobile phase due to the addition of salt. The experimental results show that the theoretical model predicts the linear relationship between logk ’and the logarithm of logarithm of water mole fraction-log (1 / [D_0] _water), and that “salt The linear relationship between concentration and logk ’is due to the linear relationship between the former and the surface tension in solution, ”making a comparison that confirms the latter’s formulation is not appropriate.
