Mollinedine(Moll)5mg/kg,iv可显著提高恒速iv哇巴因诱发豚鼠心律失常的用量;显著降低大鼠iv CaCl2的死亡率;预防氯仿引起小鼠心室纤颤的发生;对抗大鼠心肌缺血复灌引起的心律失常;但对iv乌头碱诱发大鼠心律失常的作用无效。小鼠恒速iv Moll随剂量增加,心电图PR间期、QRS明显延长。Moll 5mg/kg iv能降低麻醉大鼠的收缩压、舒张压,左心室压、左室压的变化速率。降压与抑制心肌收缩力作用时间较短,很快可恢复到给药前水平。由此说明,Moll具有抗实验性心律失常作用。
Mollinedine (Moll) 5mg/kg,iv significantly increased the amount of arrhythmias induced by iv ouabain in guinea pigs; significantly reduced the mortality of iv CaCl2 in rats; prevented the occurrence of ventricular fibrillation in mice induced by chloroform; Arrhythmia due to ischemia-reperfusion; however, it has no effect on arrhythmia induced by aconitine in rats. The mice’s constant velocity iv Moll increased with dose, and the electrocardiographic PR interval and QRS significantly prolonged. Moll 5 mg/kg iv reduced the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, left ventricular pressure and left ventricular pressure in anesthetized rats. Hypotension and inhibition of myocardial contractility are short-lived and can quickly return to pre-dose levels. This shows that Moll has anti-arrhythmic effects.
