某核电厂1117-600-Э-M3型阀门阀杆出现过2次阀杆越程槽断裂事件。为防止此类事件再次发生,影响核电机组安全稳定运行,有必要对同类型阀门进行全面检查,查找缺陷。该类型阀门体积庞大,解体检查工作量大,针对该类型阀门和阀杆的结构特点开发专用超声波相控阵检测工艺,并于大修期间对同类型阀门阀杆实施检查。检查结果表明,超声相控阵检测技术可以实现对阀杆断裂敏感部位的有效检测,同时大大减少阀门解体所需要的人力物力。
A nuclear power plant 1117-600-Э-M3-type valve stem has occurred 2 times the valve stem more fracture event. In order to prevent such incidents from happening again and affecting the safe and stable operation of nuclear power plants, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive inspection on the same type of valves to find defects. This type of valve is bulky, disintegration inspection workload, for the type of valve and stem structure of the development of special ultrasonic phased array detection process, and during the overhaul of the same type of valve stem implementation inspection. The inspection results show that the ultrasonic phased array detection technology can detect the sensitive parts of the valve stem effectively, and greatly reduce the human and material resources required for the disassembly of the valve.
