在声发射(AE)换能器与制绳钢丝之间加入特制的前置玻璃罩实现了换能器的安装及声发射信号的有效拾取。在夹具和钢丝之间加入四层钢铝界面可使机械噪音衰减15dB左右,在夹具渐扩出口处的钢丝和铝片之间加入软绝缘材料可有效地防止摩擦噪音,使系统阈值降低大约9dB。同时采用定位排噪技术,将使钢丝疲劳过程AE测试结果更为可靠。
The addition of a special front cover between the AE transducer and the ropes enables efficient transducer mounting and acoustic emission. Adding four layers of steel and aluminum interface between the fixture and the wire can reduce the mechanical noise by about 15dB. Adding a soft insulating material between the wire and the aluminum plate at the outlet of the fixture gradually expands to effectively prevent the frictional noise and reduce the system threshold by about 9dB . At the same time using positioning noise technology, will make the wire fatigue test AE test results more reliable.
