采用胶溶法（或称溶胶法）制备Ｆｅ３Ｏ４磁性流体，研究了不同包覆温度，不同包覆酸度对Ｆｅ３Ｏ４粒吸附油酸量的影响；不同分散温度，不同载液对磁性能的影响，得出了最佳工艺参数，测量了所制备的磁流体的主要性能参数，并进行了实际的密封实验，证明所制磁流体的性能优良，能较好地用于旋轴密封水和油。
