近来,一起“湿面条着火事件”在网上传得沸沸扬扬,并引来许多媒体的关注,有媒体和公众对面条的质量产生质疑,认为中间添加了一些不利于人体健康的成分,许多网友甚至发出“连白面都有问题了,我们还敢吃什么”的感慨。经过粮食、工商等多个官方权威部门的解释,真相终于大白,即由于面粉中含有的大量蛋白质、淀粉等有机物都具有可燃性,故不论干面条还是湿面条,在被火加热的情况下,都会很容易燃烧。至此,事件终于平息,无辜的面条也得以正名。虽然此事件本身是一个常识的乌龙,却反映出在我国食品行业害群之马屡见不鲜的情况下,百姓们对食品安全尤其是粮油食品安全的高度敏感和重视。这对粮食部门来说,需要引起相当的警醒和重视。
