目的 用蒙特卡罗模拟法和积分演算法计算经核素治疗后的病人对周围人员的照射量。方法 蒙特卡罗模拟法用VB6 0编写程序来计算照射量 ,积分演算法用“笔 纸”来推算。结果用两种方法分别计算了长方形和椭圆形放射源的照射量 ,两种方法的差异分别为 0 88%、0 6 1%。结论 蒙特卡罗模拟法的计算结果与积分演算法的结果差异很小 ,说明用模拟法估算是可行的。
Objective To calculate the exposure of patients to nurses by nuclide after Monte Carlo simulation and integral algorithm. Methods Monte Carlo simulation method using VB6 0 program to calculate the amount of exposure, integral algorithm with “paper” to calculate. Results Two methods were used to calculate the exposure of rectangular and elliptical radioactive sources. The differences between the two methods were 0 88% and 0 6 1% respectively. Conclusion The results of Monte Carlo simulation method and integral method are very different, which shows that it is feasible to use simulation method to estimate.
