在人感染丁型肝炎病毒(HDV)则间已知丁型肝炎病毒抗原(HDAg)是唯一表达的病毒抗原,检测HDAg抗体(抗-HD)通常是诊断HDV感染的方法。为了在HDV感染期间进行免疫应答分析并确定能用于诊断的决定簇,本文报道测定45名HDV感染者的血清抗体与HDAg推断决定簇对应的4个合成寡肽的结合能力。
It is known that hepatitis D virus (HDAg) is the only viral antigen expressed in humans infected with the hepatitis D virus (HDV). Detection of HDAg antibodies (anti-HD) is usually a method of diagnosing HDV infection. In order to conduct an immune response analysis during HDV infection and to determine the determinants that can be used for diagnosis, we report here the determination of the binding capacity of the serum of 45 HDV-infected individuals to the four synthetic oligopeptides corresponding to the HDAg inferred determinant.
