采用重力反应沉淀法合成了Er3+掺杂的NaYF4上转换发光剂,分别用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和荧光分光光度计(FL)对试样的晶体结构、表面形貌及发光性能进行了表征,研究了不同煅烧温度对材料结构、形貌和发光的影响。结果表明:NaYF4∶Er3+为立方相和六方相混合的晶体,经过煅烧后,颗粒具有很好的结晶性,含有少量的杂相。分别用650nm的红光和808nm的近红外光激发,测试样品的上转换发光,观察到了紫色、蓝色、绿色上转换发光。
The Er3 + -doped NaYF4 up-conversion luminescent agent was synthesized by gravimetric reaction precipitation method. The crystal structure, surface morphology of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and fluorescence spectrophotometer (FL) And the luminescence properties were characterized, the effect of different calcination temperature on the structure, morphology and luminescence of the material was studied. The results show that NaYF4: Er3 + is a mixed crystal of cubic phase and hexagonal phase. After calcination, the particles have good crystallinity and a small amount of heterogeneous phase. Excited with 650 nm red and 808 nm near-infrared light respectively, the up-conversion luminescence of the test sample was observed and purple, blue, and green up-conversion luminescence was observed.
