于“大紫”樱桃果实成熟前,对树体喷布钙盐及萘乙酸,处理结果证明,喷钙能降低果肉酚和类黄酮的含量,对果实品质无不良的作用,但不同处理对多酚氧化酶和过氧化物酶活性及花青素含量的作用差异很大,CaCl2处理显著提高花青素的含量和过氧化物酶活性。
Before the ripening of “Zijin” cherry fruit, spraying calcium salt and naphthalene acetic acid on the tree, the results showed that spraying calcium could reduce the content of pulp phenols and flavonoids and had no adverse effect on the fruit quality, The activities of phenoloxidase and peroxidase and the content of anthocyanidins differed greatly. CaCl2 treatment significantly increased anthocyanin content and peroxidase activity.
