目的探讨Livin基因与MDR1基因在膀胱尿路上皮癌中的表达及两者的相关性。方法应用Western blot法检测65例膀胱尿路上皮癌及20例正常膀胱组织中Livin基因与MDR1基因的表达。结果 Livin基因和MDR1基因在初发膀胱尿路上皮癌患者与复发膀胱尿路上皮癌患者中的表达均差异有显著性(P<0.05),Livin的表达与MDR1的表达具有正相关性。结论 Livin基因的表达与MDR1基因的表达可能具有协同耐药作用,Livin和MDR1可以作为检测肿瘤多药耐药的联合指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of Livin and MDR1 in bladder urothelial carcinoma and their relationship. Methods Western blot was used to detect the expression of Livin and MDR1 in 65 cases of bladder urothelial carcinoma and 20 cases of normal bladder tissues. Results The expressions of Livin gene and MDR1 gene in patients with primary urothelial carcinoma and recurrent bladder urothelial carcinoma were significantly different (P <0.05). The expression of Livin was positively correlated with the expression of MDR1. Conclusions The expression of Livin gene and MDR1 gene may have a synergistic effect. Livin and MDR1 may be used as a combined marker for detection of multidrug resistance in tumors.
