目的观察中西医结合治疗缺血性中风的临床疗效。方法将62例患者随机分为二组。治疗组34例,应用中医中药临床辨证施治结合西药低分子右旋糖酐+丹参注射液治疗。对照组28例,应用低分子右旋糖酐+丹参注射液治疗。结果治疗组总有效率88．2%,对照组总有效率64．28%,两组相比较,差异有显著性意义(P＜0．05)。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of ischemic stroke. Methods 62 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group of 34 cases, the application of traditional Chinese medicine clinical syndrome differentiation combined with Western medicine dextran + Salvia injection treatment. Control group of 28 cases, the application of low molecular weight dextran + Salvia injection treatment. Results The total effective rate was 88.2% in the treatment group and 64.28% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05).
