外国投资者7月起可拥有中国证券基金公司33％股权 中国证监会表示,从7月1日起,国外投资者可以拥有中国证券公司和基金公司1/3的股权。据报道,外国投资者在基金公司中的持有股份比率,在中国加入世贸组织后的3年内,可以增加到49％,但对外国投资者在证券公司中的持股比例,则没有规定。 上海国际信托投资公司的主要交易员表示:“外国投资者的进入将有助于市场的发展,因为他们带来了经验和专家。” 根据规定,3年内,外资在基金公司中持有股份的比例,累计不超过33％。境外股东应以自由兑换的货币出资。
