随着我国高等教育的普及化,《形势与政策》课在高职高专院校得到了较为普遍的重视和加强,但部分高职高专院校的《形势与政策》课仍然处在边缘化的状态,《形势与政策》课从学校的顶层设计到教师队伍的配备上都存在许多不尽如人意的地方,从而影响到《形势与政策》课的教学质量和教学效果,所以如何加强高职高专院校《形势与政策》课规范化、制度化及常态化建设已成为目前亟待解决的问题。
