家长都希望自己的孩子能够长成高个子。孩子的个头高矮除了遗传因素外,还与后天的营养、睡眠、锻炼和情绪有关。人的个子是由于骨两端的骨骼软骨不断生长而渐渐长高的,而骨骼软骨的生长又爱脑垂体前叶分泌的生长激素的调节。这种生长激素一方面能促进骨骼软骨的生长,使个子长高,另一方面能促进蛋白质尽快合成,使身体强壮。所以孩子身体内的生长激素分泌得多,孩子就会长得高。要想让孩子长得高点,家长应注意以下几点:一、充足的营养。营养是孩子身体长高的物质基础,要教育孩子养成良好的饮食习惯。饮食要粗细粮搭配,鱼肉蛋菜兼备。
