目的了解兰州市蜚蠊体表带菌状况，为相关疾病的预防控制提供技术支撑。方法现场捕捉活蜚蠊送实验室，按常规检验方法进行分离培养、血清学鉴定和生化试验、ELISA和寄生虫镜检。结果50组蜚蠊体表带菌检测，检出细菌40组，寄生虫4组，病毒2组。结论蜚蠊在疾病传播方面的作用不可低估。
