用生物试验法研究了5种土壤中砷的植物有效性,用连续提取法测定了土壤砷形态,并评价了不同形态砷的有效性和浸提剂 0.5mol/1NaHCO_3(pH8.5),1.0mol/1NH_4Cl 和1.0mol/1HCl 的效果。结果表明,植物可吸收的砷形态因土壤而异,石灰性土壤是 Al-As、可交换 As 与水溶 As,非石灰性土壤是 Fe-As 和 Al-As。3种浸提剂中只有 NaHCO_3提取的 As 是植物可吸收的As,并认为,0.5mol/1NaHCO_3是估计土壤有效砷的良好而又通用的浸提剂。
The bioavailability of arsenic in five soils was studied by bioassay method. The arsenic speciation in soil was determined by continuous extraction method. The effectiveness of arsenic in different forms and the extractant 0.5 mol / 1 NaHCO 3 (pH 8.5), 1.0 mol / 1NH_4Cl and 1.0 mol / 1HCl. The results showed that the uptake of arsenic by plants varied from soil to soil. Calcareous soil was Al-As, exchangeable As and water-soluble As, and non-calcareous soil was Fe-As and Al-As. Among the three extracts, only AsHC extracted by NaHCO 3 is considered as plant-absorbable As, and 0.5 mol / L NaHCO 3 is considered to be a good and universal extractant for estimating soil available arsenic.
