自1997年2月明确了我所的市场定位。在市卫生局领导与关怀下,我所充分发挥党支部的核心作用,党政齐抓共管,短短的时间内,全所面貌得到初步改观,现将我们的做法与体会介绍如下。1 做法1.1 明确新时期卫生单位的领导和管理体制党的十一届三中全会以来,卫生系统不断深化改革,特别是党的十四大提出建立和完善社会主义市场经济,卫生部要求全国各级卫生单位要主动与之适应,并明确指出必须完善和推行院(所、站)长负责制、院(所、站)科两级责任制、综合目标责任制、岗位责任
Since February 1997, we have clearly defined our market position.
