At present, most micropowders with high requirements for particle size quality are mostly examined by microscopic analysis at home and abroad. After a certain amount of particle size is actually measured, this method requires some calculations to know whether the tested sample is qualified or not, as Japan has to calculate. The average diameter of the particle size, China has to calculate the percentage of the weight of each group. This kind of calculation is very complicated. The inspectors spend a lot of work time and are prone to making mistakes. In order to eliminate the troubles of the calculations in the micro-powder inspection, the inspectors are improved.
