目的观察两种沐浴方式对新生儿行为状态的影响,探讨人性化、家庭化的新生儿护理模式。方法将新生儿沐浴按床号分为两组,淋浴组150例,盆浴组150例,观察两组新生儿沐浴时的行为状态。结果盆浴组新生儿较少哭闹,拥抱反射少,表现为安静者高于淋浴组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盆浴使新生儿更为安全、舒适、哭闹减少,便于家长学习掌握护理技巧,使新生儿护理更加人性化、家庭化。
Objective To observe the effects of two kinds of bathing methods on the behavioral status of newborns, and to explore the humane and family-oriented neonatal care model. Methods Bathing newborns according to bed number was divided into two groups: 150 cases in shower group and 150 cases in basin bath group. The behavior of newborns in bathing was observed. Results The newborns in the tub-bath group had less crying, less embracing reflex, and those with quietness were higher than those in the shower group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Bath tub makes the newborn more safe, comfortable and less crying, which makes it easier for parents to learn and master nursing skills and make the newborn care more humane and family-oriented.
