建立社会主义市场经济体制是我国经济体制改革的目标,县级医院进入市场经济已成为历史的必然。因此,医院要生存、要发展,就必须冲出夹缝,主动迎接市场经济的挑战,运用经济规律,发挥独特优势,积极占领市场。在深化改革中,我院进行了新的探索。 (一)精简人员 今年初,在继续坚持、完善院长负责制基础上,根据县级医院编制,并结合本院实际情况,进行以岗定员和试行优化组合,精简人员10名,既打破安泰梦,引进竞争机制,又找到了伸腿设点和顶走长期临时工的途径,月均节省开支近4 000元。 (二)扩展网点 在立足建设“大本营”的前提下,根据病员的需要,院内新开设小针刀、美容室、整形外科室、脑地形图、电视透视等业务,还走出医院占领市场,在城区设立了 Establishing a socialist market economic system is the goal of China’s economic system reform.
