猪流感以发病急、传播迅速、体温升高、咳嗽流涕为特征。近几年来，每年7—9月份，大部分地区发生该病，严重影响畜牧业发展。笔者用黄连解毒汤加味治疗抗菌素治疗无效的顽固性猪流感86例，治愈83例。
