目的:探讨高脂血对临床生化测定的影响。方法:自2015.1到2016.1从我院选取60例志愿者作为对照组,另外选取60例高脂血症患者作为观察组,两组患者均由院方制备检验样本进行生化测定,最后将两组测定结果进行对比分析。结果:观察组和对照组经过生化测定后,从结果中发现自观察组所采集的检验样本与对照组存在明显差异,测定结果中观察组样本中存在较多的高甘油三酯和乳糜干扰物。p<0.05,数据间比较差异具有统计学意义。结论:研究发现高脂血对临床生化测定的影响较为明显,直接导致生化测定的准确性降低,必须采用相关措施消除高脂血对临床常见生化测定的影响,提高测定准确性,为患者的后期治疗提供确切根据。
Objective: To investigate the effect of hyperlipidemia on clinical biochemical determination. Methods: From January 2015 to 2016.1, 60 volunteers from our hospital were selected as the control group. Another 60 patients with hyperlipidemia were selected as the observation group. Both groups were biochemically tested by the hospital to prepare the test samples. Finally, The results of comparative analysis. Results: After the biochemical determination of the observation group and the control group, there was a significant difference between the test sample collected from the observation group and the control group from the results. In the observation group, there were more high triglyceride and chyle interference . p <0.05, the difference between the data was statistically significant. Conclusion: The study found that the impact of hyperlipidemia on clinical biochemical determination is more obvious, which leads to the decrease of the accuracy of biochemical determination. Therefore, relevant measures must be taken to eliminate the influence of hyperlipidemia on clinical biochemical determination and to improve the accuracy of determination. Treatment provides the exact basis.
