作者对日本人血栓性大脑中动脉(MCA)闭塞与临床特征、CT 和动脉造影表现的关系作了前瞻性研究。对象为40例(男27,女13)MCA 闭塞的患者,平均66.4岁,有房颤和颈内动脉粥样硬化者除外。动脉造影按闭塞部位分为3组:A 组,M_1段近端闭塞;B 组,M_1段远端闭塞;C 组,M_2段闭塞。对有无逆行充盈也作了分析。CT 扫描根据低密度区的部位及范围分为以下5型:基底神经节-半卵圆中心型,局限性皮质-皮质下型,小叶性皮质-皮质下型,半球型,正常型。
The authors prospectively studied the relationship between Japanese thrombosed middle cerebral artery (MCA) occlusion and clinical features, CT and angiography findings. Subjects were 40 patients (27 males and 13 females) with MCA occlusion, with an average of 66.4 years, with the exception of atrial fibrillation and internal carotid atherosclerosis. Arterial angiography was divided into 3 groups by occlusion: group A, proximal occlusion of M_1 segment; distal occlusion of segment B and M_1 segment; occlusion of segment C and M_2. Whether or not to retrograde filling has also been analyzed. CT scans are classified into the following five types according to the location and extent of the low-density region: basal ganglia - semio-oval central, localized cortical-subcortical, lobular cortical-subcortical, hemispheric, normal.
