目的加强药品盘点管理,提高药品管理水平。方法根据实施药品实时库存系统前药品盘点工作中存在的问题,分析干预前(2014.1~2014.12)后(2015.1~2015.12)药品账物相符率、盘盈盘亏率、盘点耗时及药品周转天数等指标。结果通过优化药品盘点流程及实施相关干预措施,药品账物相符率由约64%上升到84%,盘盈率由9.0%下降到3.7%,盘亏率由8.3%下降到2.4%,盘点耗时由10 h缩短为7 h。结论通过完善药品管理制度,优化药品盘点流程,加强药品监管,能有效提高药品盘点工作的效率、质量及管理水平。 Objective To strengthen inventory control of medicines and improve the management level of medicines. Methods According to the problems existed in the inventory of prodrugs in real-time inventory system of pharmaceuticals, the analysis was conducted on the consistency of medical records, the loss rate of pan and yang inventory, the time-consuming inventory and the days of drug turnover before the intervention (from January 2014 to December 2014) (2015.1 to 2015.12) index. Results By optimizing the drug inventory process and implementing related interventions, the compliance rate of pharmaceutical products rose from approximately 64% to 84%, the PE ratio dropped from 9.0% to 3.7% and the operating loss rate dropped from 8.3% to 2.4% From 10 h to 7 h. Conclusion By improving the drug management system, optimizing drug inventory process and strengthening drug regulation, the efficiency, quality and management of drug inventory can be effectively improved.
