目的:了解一起食物中毒事件中副溶血性弧菌(VP)分离株的同源性。方法:按国标方法进行VP的分离与鉴定;对分离出的VP做血清分型及tdh、trh毒力基因检测;用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)技术进行基因分型。结果:从10例患者肛拭子和1份砧板涂抹物中分离到的11株VP,血清型均为O3:K6,tdh毒力基因均为阳性,PFGE分型图谱也完全相同。结论:这是一起因VP污染了食品加工环节而导致的食物中毒事件。
Objective: To understand the homology of Vibrio parahaemolyticus (VP) isolates in a food poisoning incident. Methods: The isolation and identification of VP were carried out according to the national standard method. Serotyping and tdh, trh virulence genes were detected in isolated VP and genotyping by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE). Results: The isolates of 11 isolates from 10 patients with anal swabs and 1 chopping board smear were serotype O3: K6. The tdh virulence genes were all positive and the PFGE typing patterns were identical. Conclusion: This is a food poisoning incident caused by VP contamination of food processing links.
