贝母我国中药材之中是一种常见的品类,其药用历史非常悠久,在当前任然属于非常贵重的中药材。目前,我国以及发现的贝母属以及其变种植物有超过五十种之多,分布地域也及其广泛,随着中药材的商品价值不断提升,有许多诸如土贝母之类的伪劣品也在市场上大量出现。药用贝母从其形态上去看差别非常细微,但是其化学成分和药用价值的差别却是巨大的,所以如何有效的鉴定药用贝母一直以来都是一项重要的研究课题。近年来,对于分子生物学技术的研究取得了长足的进步,其在中药材鉴定领域的应用也正在变得越来越广泛,本文采用PC-RFLP技术对贝母样品进行了分子鉴定研究。
Fritillaria is a common species among Chinese herbal medicines. Its medicinal history is very long and it still belongs to very precious Chinese herbal medicines. At present, there are more than fifty kinds of Fritillaria and its variants found in China, as well as their geographical distribution. As the value of Chinese herbal medicines continues to increase, there are many fake and inferior products such as Fritillaria. In the market there are a lot of appearances. Fritillaria is very subtle in its morphology, but its chemical composition and medicinal value difference is enormous. Therefore, how to effectively identify Fritillaria has been an important research topic. In recent years, great progress has been made in the research of molecular biology techniques, and its application in the field of identification of Chinese herbal medicines is becoming more and more extensive. In this paper, molecular identification studies of Fritillaria samples were conducted using PC-RFLP techniques.
