目的:建立人血浆中8种有机磷农药的气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)定性、定量分析方法,并用于指导有机磷药物中毒的临床抢救。方法:血浆样品经乙酸乙酯提取,以保留时间、特征离子和谱库检索相结合多指标定性。咖啡因为内标,采用选择离子模式定量。结果:血浆中8种有机磷农药浓度在0.2~10.0μg·mL-1内具有良好的线性关系,最低检出浓度约为0.07μg·mL-1,回收率为56.67%~88.36%,日内RSD<9.15%,日间RSD<10.48%。结论:所建立方法系统性好,快速、准确,能准确测定血浆中8种有机磷农药的浓度。
Objective: To establish a method for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of 8 organophosphorus pesticides in human plasma by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and to guide the clinical rescue of organophosphate poisoning. Methods: The plasma samples were extracted with ethyl acetate, and the retention time, characteristic ions and library search were combined to identify multiple indicators. Caffeine is an internal standard, quantified using a selective ion mode. Results: The concentrations of 8 organophosphorus pesticides in plasma ranged from 0.2 to 10.0 μg · mL-1 with the lowest detectable concentration of 0.07 μg · mL-1 and the recovery of 56.67% -88.36%. The intra-day RSD <9.15%, daytime RSD <10.48%. Conclusion: The established method is systematic, rapid and accurate and can accurately determine the concentration of eight kinds of organophosphorus pesticides in plasma.
