本文报告了维生素 B12及注射液的原子吸收光谱测定法。方法的1%吸收浓度为0.07微克,回收率分别为99.10%和98.92%,在氯化钠介质中测定值的变异系数小于2.01%,并且稳定性优于分光光度法。
This article reports the determination of vitamin B12 and injection by atomic absorption spectrometry. The method has a 1% absorption concentration of 0.07 micrograms and a recovery of 99.10% and 98.92%, respectively, and a coefficient of variation of less than 2.01% in sodium chloride media and is superior to spectrophotometry in stability.
