我院春节前后共收治9名因食变质甘蔗引起中毒的患儿。据我们观察,潜伏期短,以胃肠道及神经系统症状为主。将所食甘蔗在常温下培养三周,见生长出典型霉菌菌落,检验出多源性霉菌:圆弧青霉菌、镰刀菌、毛霉菌等。经抢救虽无死亡,但半数以上留有严重神经系统后遗症,9例中,2月份发病者5例,3月份发病者4例。所食甘蔗的变质程度:有酸味者5例;棕红色带白毛者1例;另一例食别人扔在街上发黑的甘蔗根;两例不详。
Before and after the Spring Festival in our hospital received a total of 9 due to eating sugarcane poisoning caused by children. According to our observation, the incubation period is short, mainly gastrointestinal and nervous system symptoms. The fed cane cultured at room temperature for three weeks, see the growth of a typical mold colonies, tested multi-fungal: Penicillium arc, Fusarium, Mucor and so on. Although there was no death after rescue, more than half of the patients had serious neurological sequelae. Of the 9 cases, 5 were reported in February and 4 were reported in March. The degree of deterioration of sugarcane fed: 5 with sourness; 1 with reddish brown with white hair; and another with sugary sugarcane root thrown on the street; two others not yet known.
