自从人们发现 1 -甲基 -4 -苯基 -1、2、3、6-四氢吡啶 ( 1 -methy1 -4 -phenvl-1、2、3、6-te trahvdropvridine ,MPTP)能在人类诱发帕金森病以来 ,人们对MPTP的神经毒性作用作了大量研究 ,发现MPTP对脑黑质多巴胺能神经元有选择性的破坏作用 ,并且利用MPTP先后在灵长类动物猴和低等哺乳动物小鼠身上模拟成功了类似人类帕金森病病理变化及临床特征的动物模型。本文着重介绍MPTP选择性神经毒性作用和近年来帕金森病小鼠模型的有关研究工作。
Since it has been found that 1-methy1-4-phenvl-1,2,3,6-te trahvdropridine (MPTP) can be induced in humans Since Parkinson’s disease, a large number of studies have been conducted on the neurotoxic effects of MPTP. MPTP was found to selectively damage brain substantia nigra dopaminergic neurons, and MPTP was used successively in primate monkeys and lower mammals The mouse model successfully resembled the animal model of pathological changes and clinical features of human Parkinson’s disease. This article focuses on the MPTP selective neurotoxicity and Parkinson’s disease in recent years in mouse models of research.
