自《城市房地产管理法》颁布以来,有关行政主管部门和中国房地产估价师学会,围绕我国房地产估价师执业资格制度建设做了大量工作,已经发布了《房地产估价执业资格制度暂行规定》,以及与此相适应的《关于房地产价格评估机构资格等级管理的若干规定》,草拟了“注册房地产估价师管理办法”、“房地产估价技术规程”等文件,为房地产估价师执业提供了基本工作环境,促进了房地产估价事业的健康发展.
