1 Introduction In engineering application, a considerable part of the industrial process can be described by the transfer function with real zero-pole and time-delay. Some typical control algorithms are also designed based on the real-zero pole of the system [1-3]. Although we can find the zero poles of the process indirectly through the factorization of the transfer function of the numerator and denominator polynomial, we can hardly find the zero in the real-time identification.
