为了贯彻执行毛主席关于农业合作化问题的指示,中共中央六中全会关于农业合作化问题的决议精神及省、地委区书、支书联席会议精神,陇县于十月三十日至十一月十二日以十三天时间召开了三极干部会议。与会有省、专、县、区、乡五级干部共六五九人。会议首先由呼永康同志代表县委作了农业合作化问题的报告,后由杨存保等同志作了关于全面规则、整建社、农业生产和镇反工作等四个专题发言。会议是大小会结合进行的,共以三天时间组织了两次大会发言,总结前又以一天时间进行了座谈。这次会议充分地发扬了民主,贯彻了批评与自我批评的精神,以知无不言、言无不尽的认真负责的态度,检查了领导上与自己工作中的缺点和错误,集中地解决了农业合作化连动中的政策问题,特别是階级政策和自愿互利原则,工作方法及思想认识问题,讨论和安排了农村各项工作。经过讨论学习与会同志一致拥护毛主席关于农业合作化问题的指示与党中央关于农业合作化问题的决议。根据文件精神,经过思想上较深入的揭发与批判,与工作上认真的检查与总结,提高了社会主义觉悟,增强了迎接合作化高潮的勇气和信心。会议解决的主要问题有如下几点:(一)尖锐有力地批判了在农业合作化连动中领导落后于群众的右倾思想。通过具体化事例的教育,深刻认识了农业合作化大发展的有利条 In order to implement Chairman Mao’s instructions on the issue of agricultural cooperation, the spirit of the resolution of the 6th Plenary Session of the CPC Central Committee on the issue of agricultural co-operation and the spirit of the joint meeting of provincial, prefectural district and party branches, Long County, October 30 to 11 Thirteen days on the 12th held a tripartite cadre meeting.
