[目的]探讨负压真空袋固定技术结合锥形束CT在小儿头颈部肿瘤放射治疗中的临床应用价值。[方法]14例小儿头颈部肿瘤患者,采用负压真空袋固定技术配合锥形束CT在线验证,并与计划CT配准,分析在X(左右)、Y(头脚)和Z(前后)方向的摆位误差。[结果]在负压真空袋固定下行锥形束CT扫描后,患儿的摆位平均误差<3mm,在X(左右)、Y(头脚)和Z(前后)方向的摆位误差范围分别为-0.4mm~0.5mm、-0.3mm~0.4mm、-0.5mm~0.6mm。[结论]负压真空袋固定技术配合锥形束CT可以减少摆位误差,对小儿头颈部肿瘤放射治疗的准确实施有着重要的作用。
[Objective] To explore the clinical value of negative pressure vacuum bag fixation combined with cone beam CT in the treatment of pediatric head and neck cancer radiotherapy. [Methods] Fourteen cases of pediatric head and neck cancer patients were examined with conical beam CT using negative pressure vacuum bag fixation and registered with the planning CT. The correlations between X (left and right), Y (head) and Z ) Orientation error. [Results] The average error of placement was less than 3 mm in the negative pressure vacuum bag fixed downstream cone beam CT scan. The error range of setting error in X (left and right), Y (head and foot) and Z (front and back) -0.4mm ~ 0.5mm, -0.3mm ~ 0.4mm, -0.5mm ~ 0.6mm. [Conclusion] The negative pressure vacuum bag fixation technique combined with cone beam CT can reduce the setup error and play an important role in the accurate implementation of radiotherapy for head and neck cancer in children.
