以钢卷罩式退火炉为研究对象,对炉内换热过程进行数值模拟和控制。通过对钢卷在加热、保温和降温3个阶段的温度场和热流场的分析,说明该模型可用于热处理工艺的研究。
Taking the steel bell-type annealing furnace as the research object, numerical simulation and control of the heat transfer process in the furnace were carried out. The analysis of the temperature field and the heat flow field of the coil during heating, holding and cooling stages shows that the model can be used in the heat treatment process.
