本文探讨了50例Ⅱ型糖尿病(NIDDM)患者Na~+-K~+-ATP酶活性的改变与红细胞变形能力(RCD)的关系以及与其活性有关的其它因素.结果表明,与正常对照组比较,NIDDM患者红细胞膜Na~+-K~+-ATP酶活性与Mg~(++)-ATP酶活性明显降低;而红细胞滤过指数(IF)、红细胞膜胆固醇(Ch)、膜脂质过氧化物(Lpo)、空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA_1C)则明显升高,上述改变在NIDDM伴有视网膜病变者中更为明显.直线相关分析表明,NIDDM患者红细胞膜Na~+-K~+-ATP酶活性与Mg~(++)-ATP酶活性呈正相关;与红细胞IF、膜Ch、膜Lpo、FBG、HbA_1C呈负相关.提示NIDDM患者红细胞膜Na~+-K~+-ATP酶活性的改变可能是导致RCD降低的重要因素之一
In this paper, the relationship between Na ~ + -K ~ + -ATPase activity and erythrocyte deformability (RCD) and other factors related to its activity in 50 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) were studied.The results showed that compared with the normal control group , The activities of Na ~ + -K ~ + -ATPase and Mg ~ (++) -ATPase in erythrocyte membrane of patients with NIDDM were significantly decreased, while the levels of erythrocyte filtration index (IF), erythrocyte membrane cholesterol Oxide (Lpo), fasting blood glucose (FBG) and HbA 1 C were significantly higher in NIDDM patients with retinopathy.The linear correlation analysis showed that erythrocyte Na + -K The activity of ~ + -ATP was positively correlated with the activity of Mg ~ (++) - ATPase and negatively correlated with IF, Membrane Ch, Lp, FBG and HbA_1C of erythrocytes, suggesting that Na ~ + -K ~ + - Alteration of ATPase activity may be one of the important factors leading to the decrease of RCD
