目的:建立炎消迪娜儿糖浆中五种蒽醌类成分含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:DIONEX Acclaim 120A C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长254 nm,流速:1.0 ml·min-1;柱温:30℃;进样量:10μl。结果:芦荟大黄素,大黄酸,大黄素,大黄酚和大黄素甲醚分别在0.018 7~0.467 0μg(r=0.999 8),0.020 2~0.504 0μg(r=0.999 9),0.013 0~0.390 6μg(r=0.999 9),0.013 3~0.399 9μg(r=0.999 9)和0.009 3~0.277 8μg(r=0.999 9)范围内线性关系良好,回收率分别为94.30%(RSD=2.68%,n=6),95.49%(RSD=2.50%,n=6),93.70%(RSD=2.42%,n=6),92.52%(RSD=2.40%,n=6)和93.72%(RSD=2.54%,n=6)。结论:该方法准确,灵敏,重复性好,可作为炎消迪娜儿糖浆质量控制的依据。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of five anthraquinones in Dinaner syrup. METHODS: The HPLC method was used. The column was eluted with DIONEX Acclaim 120A C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) using gradient elution with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 254 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min -1 ; Column temperature: 30 ℃; injection volume: 10μl. Results: Aloe-emodin, rhein, emodin, chrysophanol and physcion were in the range of 0.018 7-0.467 0 μg (r = 0.999 8), 0.020 2-0.504 0 μg (r = 0.999 9), 0.013 0-0.390 6 μg (r = 0.999 9), 0.013 3-0.399 9 μg (r = 0.999 9), and 0.009 3-0.277 8 μg (r = 0.999 9). The recoveries were 94.30% (RSD = 2.68%, n = (RSD = 2.50%, n = 6), 93.70% (RSD = 2.42%, n = 6), 92.52% (RSD = 2.40%, n = 6) and 93.72% (RSD = 2.54% n = 6). Conclusion: The method is accurate, sensitive and reproducible, which can be used as the basis for the quality control of Dana Er syrup.
