目的研究和胃消痞胶囊对大鼠胃电图的影响,探讨其作用机制。方法采用隔日禁食的方法制作大鼠胃运动功能紊乱模型,分别测量正常大鼠和造模大鼠的胃电图,分析正常胃电慢波节律百分比和主功率。结果正常大鼠和胃消痞胶囊各剂量组正常慢波节律百分比较给药前增多,主功率增加,以中剂量组最为明显,与正常对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。造模大鼠模型组大鼠胃电正常慢波节律百分比较给药前明显降低(P<0.05)。结论和胃消痞胶囊可使正常大鼠正常慢波节律百分比增多;可预防饥饱失常大鼠异常胃电节律的发生。有调整胃电节律的作用,这可能是其调节胃运动功能的作用机理之一。
Objective To study the effect of Weixiao Capsule on the electrogastrogram of rats and explore its mechanism. Methods Gastric motor dysfunction model was established by fasting every other day. Electrogastrograms of normal rats and model rats were measured. The percentage of slow-wave rhythm and the main power were analyzed. Results The percentage of normal slow-wave rhythm increased in normal rats and Weixiaoyu capsules group compared with those before administration, and the main power increased, especially in the middle-dose group, and there was a significant difference compared with the normal control group (P<0.05). The percentage of slow-wave rhythm of gastric electrophysiology in the model rats was significantly lower than that before administration (P<0.05). Conclusion Hewei Xiaoyu capsule can increase the percentage of normal slow wave rhythm in normal rats. It can prevent the occurrence of abnormal gastric rhythm in rats with hunger-satisfaction. There is a role in regulating gastric rhythm, which may be one of the mechanisms that regulate gastric motility.
