目的:研究蒿蓝感冒颗粒的抗炎、镇痛、镇咳及解热作用。方法:通过二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀及小鼠腹腔毛细血管炎性渗出实验考察其抗炎作用。采用冰醋酸致小鼠扭体实验和小鼠热板致痛实验考察其镇痛作用。采用氨水引咳法及枸橼酸引咳法考察其镇咳作用。采用干酵母致大鼠发热模型考察其解热作用。结果:蒿蓝感冒颗粒(2.9,5.8,11.6 g/kg)对二甲苯诱发小鼠耳廓肿胀及冰醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管炎性渗出均有显著抑制作用;冰醋酸致小鼠扭体试验及热板致痛实验显示,蒿蓝感冒颗粒(5.8,11.6 g/kg)能减少冰醋酸致小鼠扭体反应次数并延长热板致小鼠疼痛痛阈值;蒿蓝感冒颗粒(5.8,11.6 g/kg)对氨水致小鼠咳嗽反应及枸橼酸致豚鼠咳嗽反应均有明显的抑制作用;蒿蓝感冒颗粒(5.8 g/kg)对干酵母引起的大鼠发热有一定的解热作用。结论:蒿蓝感冒颗粒具有良好的抗炎,镇痛,镇咳及解热作用。
Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antitussive and antipyretic effect of Artemisia langensis cold granules. Methods: The anti-inflammatory effects of xylene-induced mouse ear swelling and peritoneal capillary inflammatory exudation were investigated. The analgesic effect was investigated by writhing test in mice induced by acetic acid and by the hot plate pain test in mice. Ammonia cited cough and cough citrate citrate cough test its antitussive effect. The pyrogenic effect of dry yeast induced rat model was investigated. RESULTS: Artemisia blue cold granules (2.9, 5.8, 11.6 g / kg) significantly inhibited the auricle swelling induced by xylene in mice and inflammatory exudation of peritoneal capillary vessels in mice induced by glacial acetic acid; Artemisia blue cold granules (5.8, 11.6 g / kg) can reduce the number of writhing reactions induced by glacial acetic acid and prolong the pain threshold of mice induced by hot plate. Artemisia blue cold granules 5.8, 11.6 g / kg) had a significant inhibitory effect on the cough reaction induced by ammonia and the citric acid induced cough reaction in guinea pigs. Artemisinin and blueberry cold granules (5.8 g / kg) had certain effects on the fever caused by dry yeast in rats Antipyretic effect. Conclusion: Artemisia blue cold granules have good anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antitussive and antipyretic effects.
