我院自1959年1月～1989年12月,共手术治疗35岁以下胃癌63例,就其临床特点分析如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 年龄最大年龄35岁,最小17岁,平均年龄26岁。 1.2 性别男31例,女32例,近1:1。 1.3 临床症状本组63例中纳差54例,占86％。此外逐渐消瘦者58例,呕吐32例,腹部胀满56例,吐酸11例,腹泻15例,便秘27例,呕血4例,黑便23例,腹痛63例,剧痛者8例。 1.4 主要体征上腹压痛63例,贫血52
In our hospital from January 1959 to December 1989, a total of 63 cases of gastric cancer under 35 years of age were treated surgically. The clinical characteristics of the disease were analyzed as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 The oldest age is 35 years old, the youngest is 17 years old, and the average age is 26 years old. 1.2 31 males and 32 females, nearly 1:1. 1.3 clinical symptoms in this group of 63 cases of anorexia in 54 cases, accounting for 86%.
