本文结合军事演习防疫工作实践，总结了对卫生防疫保障工作的基本经验。基本做法为：（１）当好首长参谋，搞好卫生流行病学侦察；（２）突出阶段重点，开展健康教育；（３）实行分质供水，确保饮水安全；（４）采取综合措施，搞好饮食卫生；（５）加强医学指导，提高环境质量。
Combining with the practice of epidemic prevention in military exercises, this paper summarizes the basic experience of safeguarding public health and epidemic prevention. The basic approach is as follows: (1) To be a good chief staff officer and to do a good job in epidemiological surveillance of health; (2) To highlight the key points of the stage and carry out health education; (3) To implement water quality control to ensure safe drinking water; (4) Improve food hygiene; (5) strengthen medical guidance and improve the quality of the environment.
