采用气相-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对24个来源不同的威灵仙样品中的挥发油进行指纹图谱分析,并运用主成分分析法及K-均值聚类法对其进行化学模式识别研究。结果表明,所研究的24个威灵仙样品可分为两类,其中19个威灵仙药材样品化学成分相近,聚为一类,另外5个威灵仙药材化学成分与主体威灵仙药材成分有一定差异,被聚为另一类,这为威灵仙的质量控制提供了理论依据。本文所建立的主体威灵仙药材的指纹图谱化学模式可作为中药威灵仙的质量评价标准。
GC-MS was used to analyze the fingerprints of volatile oils from 24 different sources of Clematis. The principal component analysis and K-means clustering were used to study the chemical pattern recognition. . The results showed that the 24 samples of Clematis studied could be divided into two categories. Among them, 19 samples of Clematis herbs had similar chemical compositions and were clustered into one category. The other 5 clans medicinal ingredients and the main ingredients of Clematis There are certain differences in composition and they are clustered into one another. This provides a theoretical basis for the quality control of Clematis. The fingerprint pattern chemistry of the main body of the clematis medicine established in this paper can be used as the quality evaluation standard of the Chinese medicine Clematis.
