主要研究建筑信息模型(BIM)对建筑工程项目实施准时制生产模式(JIT)的影响,其中包括BIM有助于建筑材料的实时供应和提升建筑材料管理的效率。已有大量研究和实际案例证明BIM对建筑工程管理有许多积极的作用,但是对于BIM在建筑材料实时供应方面的研究较少。基于此,提供了一种选择可靠供应商的方法,利用案例研究证实BIM对JIT模式降低材料管理成本的影响。并提出基于多重决策标准模型选择供应商的方法,不仅可以根据供应商供应材料的质量和成本对其进行排序,还可以根据影响其交付材料的准时程度的其他因素进行评价。
The main focus is on the impact of the BIM on the JIT implementation of construction projects, including BIM to help real-time supply of construction materials and improve the efficiency of building materials management. There are a lot of research and practical cases to prove that BIM has many positive effects on the management of construction projects, but there is less research on the real-time supply of building materials by BIM. Based on this, a method of selecting a reliable supplier is provided, and a case study is used to demonstrate the impact of BIM on the JIT model to reduce material management costs. And proposes a method of selecting suppliers based on a multiple decision-making standard model that not only ranks suppliers based on their quality and cost, but also on other factors that affect the on-time delivery of materials.
