目的研究复方季铵盐异丙醇消毒剂杀灭真菌的效果。方法采用悬液定量和载体定量杀菌试验方法,对该复方季铵盐异丙醇消毒液杀灭真菌的效果进行了实验室观察。结果以活性物含量为400 mg/L的季铵盐消毒液作用5 min,对载体上白色念珠菌平均杀灭率<50%。用含季铵盐400 mg/L与异丙醇≥132 g/L组成的复方消毒液作用3 min,对悬液内白色念珠菌平均杀灭率为99.99%,对不锈钢片和布片载体上白色念珠菌杀灭率为100%。结论该复方季铵盐异丙醇消毒液能快速杀灭白色念珠菌,可进一步进行应用性研究。
Objective To study the effect of compound quaternary ammonium isopropanol disinfectant to kill fungi. Methods Suspension quantitative and carrier quantitative bactericidal test methods were used to observe the effect of compound quaternary ammonium isopropanol disinfectant to kill fungi. Results The quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant with the active content of 400 mg / L was applied for 5 min, and the average kill rate of Candida albicans on the carrier was <50%. With the disinfectant containing quaternary ammonium salt of 400 mg / L and isopropanol ≥ 132 g / L for 3 min, the average killing rate of Candida albicans in the suspension was 99.99%, and the white color on stainless steel sheet and cloth carrier Candida kill rate of 100%. Conclusion The compound quaternary ammonium isopropanol disinfectant can rapidly kill Candida albicans, which can be further applied in research.
