教师的情感动力作用不可小觑,来自教师的真挚感情和殷切期望,往往是后进生成长和进步的原动力。教师在做班级中的后进生转化工作时,应汲取“罗森塔儿效应”给予我们的启示,帮助学生克服种种困难,从而实现学生追求的目标。
The emotional motivation of teachers should not be underestimated. The sincere feelings and ardent expectations from teachers are often the driving force behind the students’ growth and progress. Teachers should learn from the “Rosenthal Effect” to help students overcome difficulties and achieve the goal pursued by their students.
